The favorite Irish folk tune has become a favorite hymn tune – SLANE – and Caleb has given it lively new treatment featuring mixed meters which keeps it dancing throughout. The melody is always present as the setting wends it way through several thoroughly engaging iterations, some of which may sound like actual key changes - but it remains in C-major throughout! Nicely placed LV and Sk add to the charm and excitement of this very creative arrangement. This is a “must-have” for your group.
