Special note on returns:  The handle of the the Lotus3 mallets are silicone. Once the handle is used to sing a bowl, the silicone scuffs (a natural effect).  If you choose to return your mallet and the silicone is unused, you will receive a full refund.  However, if the silicone is scuffed, we can no longer sell this mallet as new, and the refund will be 85% of the full amount.
